Acquisition was stagnating and they wanted to "light a fire" in the growth.
Dr Goglia also ran into issues of their account getting abroad for non-compliant content.
The Solution

We first did a data analysis and found that their CVR was about 50% higher on the weekends, specifically in the morning so we allocated increased budget during those timeframes. Their budget was previously spread evenly across every day of the week.
We then helped them increase their LTV (lifetime value) of each customer by strategically adding upsells to their funnel and helping them tweak their messaging to help it resonate with target audience.
We also changed their campaign architecture within Facebook so that we could specifically determine what was or was not working on an ad level.
We also “tweaked” their funnel and worked on “problem areas” in relation to claims and got their account whitelisted from Facebook so that they could run large volumes of traffic without getting banned.
